On February 14, 2025, a snowy winter's day, we finally had the opportunity to get together again in a larger group at the IZ LIST Day in Adlershof. While the first meetings a year ago were more about getting to know each other, this time the atmosphere was very different. We know each other and meet each other now with totally different perspectives and can start or rather continue conversations on a completely different level... And something had already happened since the last meeting. Some projects had started and some of us were able to proudly talk about our first submitted grant proposal!
But the focus of the event was once again on exchanging ideas and collecting objectives for the future. And the reults of this meeting? We made big plans - there are further grant applications to be written, joint workshops to be designed, a graduate school to be applied for, projects to be started and a comprehensive research topic is to be developed, in which everyone who wants to can make their own contribution, from molecules to crowds, from mathematics to the natural sciences to the life sciences. We have an ambitious agenda and taking advantage of the momentum we have built up let's make these goals a reality!
